Javelin Video Gets Rave ReviewsApril 8 1999by Andrew Mcdonagh I just got a video that I bought from Jeff Gorski yesterday. Its by far the best video that I have ever seen. It would be worth the $60 just for the javelin clips but he also shows great drills and explains how to throw far in ways that make sense and don't sound stupid to a 240' thrower. There is alot of footage of Tom and Boris Henry. They show Henry throwing a womens javelin 345'!!!!!!!!! It was also amazing to see Jan Zelezny's world record throw and big throws by Backley and Hecht. A great feature was how he talked over images of throws and mentioned the good and bad technical parts.It also has lots of women throws also. He really does some great med ball drills and lifting that will help anythrower. This video is great and is the perfect companion to all the knoledge he has been putting on the forum.
